These Terms apply equally to users installing the Android/PWA package through Google Play distribution.

You retain rights to content and records you upload or generate through your use of the Service. You grant us a limited, revocable right to process that content only to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
You must have all necessary rights and permissions for any data you upload, synchronize, generate, or share through Explyra.
Certain features require paid access. By subscribing, you agree to pay applicable fees shown on our support page or in your custom plan.
Where automatic renewals are enabled, charges recur until cancellation. Payment status, confirmations, and dispute events may be validated through payment gateway or webhook systems. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment credentials.

The Explyra platform, code, design, branding, and service architecture remain the property of Explyra and its licensors. Except for expressly granted usage rights, no ownership or license is transferred to you.
We may update, modify, restrict, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
We may suspend or terminate access where required for security, legal compliance, payment failure, abuse prevention, or policy enforcement.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Explyra disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent allowed by law, Explyra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or procurement of substitute services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Explyra harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, your legal violations, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of New Delhi, India unless an alternate dispute framework is mutually agreed in writing.
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions are effective when posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
